Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship
Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship is an award given to Illinois Valley Community College, Automotive Department students that win through a rigorous application process. Students who receive the Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship do so for academic achievement and heavy involvement in their school or community. As a tribute to the Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship, students are a representative of the full meaning of a noteworthy student.

The stipulations of the Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship are: IVCC Automotive Department second year student, IVCC district resident. While the Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship is typically used to fund a student's tuition, it can also be used to cover books or campus expenses. Under the Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship, students decide where the money goes.

In order to qualify for the Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship, students must fill out an application. Usually, students are also required to submit an essay, letters of recommendation, or interview for consideration of the Blood Sweat and Gears Car Club Scholarship.
